- Operate injection molding machines with precision and efficiency to produce high-quality plastic products
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on injection molding equipment
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production output and product quality
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality and identify any defects or irregularities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience operating injection molding machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and machine specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
