Tanggung Jawab
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production output and perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and workstations to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and sorting finished goods accurately.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or material shortages immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and machinery operation is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Relevant certifications in industrial safety or machinery operation are a plus.
