Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production output
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance to prevent operational downtime
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Document production metrics and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and implementing corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and troubleshooting procedures
- Strong attention to detail and precision in handling machinery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting with physical demands
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Willingness to work on shifts and overtime as required
