Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform regular equipment checks to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods with high attention to safety.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to machinery during operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with workplace safety guidelines (WSH).
- Document production output and report any technical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent technical certification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a 5-day work week schedule.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
