In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our pasta or milling machinery runs at peak performance to meet our high-quality standards.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for set-up, daily operation, and basic troubleshooting of industrial processing equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate pasta or milling machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Document production output, downtime, and material usage accurately.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and food sanitation protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize production interruptions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to verify product specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure operational safety.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in industrial technology is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production instructions.
- High level of physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Proven record of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards is highly desirable.
