Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery including processing equipment, conveyors, and packaging systems
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor product quality and operational parameters, reporting deviations immediately
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols (HACCP), sanitation standards, and workplace safety procedures
- Document production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production team to meet daily output targets and quality standards
- Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in food manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise operational procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to undergo pre-employment medical examination
