We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator (Printing) to join our production team at our facility in Senai, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of advanced printing presses, ensuring that all output meets stringent quality standards and production schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate printing machinery (offset, flexo, or digital) according to job orders and specifications.
- Monitor production runs, adjusting settings for color consistency, registration, and overall print quality.
- Conduct regular quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks to detect defects or deviations.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues and coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including quantities, downtime, and quality documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating printing machines (offset, flexo, or digital) in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical and technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when necessary.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team.
