Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain advanced packaging machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet strict company quality guidelines.
- Monitor manufacturing equipment performance and perform minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with shift supervisors and team members to achieve daily production and yield targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Accurately document daily production logs, output quantities, and equipment maintenance history.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM, SKM, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (experience in packaging is highly advantageous).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and machinery operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts (morning/night shift) and overtime when required.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Excellent attention to detail, commitment to quality control, and a strong safety mindset.
- Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.
