Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain steel processing machinery including cutting, bending, and finishing equipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Monitor production parameters to ensure quality standards and product specifications
- Document production data and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ISO-certified procedures
- Collaborate with quality control team to resolve production issues
- Optimize machine efficiency to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work area according to 5S standards
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with technical background
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing machinery operation
- Familiarity with steel processing equipment preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance principles
- Certification in industrial safety (e.g., OSH) is advantageous
- Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
