Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and monitor industrial machinery (e.g., lathes, mills, CNC) to perform specific manufacturing tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation.
- Adhere strictly to all workshop safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Inspect finished products and materials for quality defects, ensuring they meet company specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Document production data accurately and report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Workshop Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar workshop setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- Basic understanding of machine safety regulations, emergency procedures, and lockout/tagout protocols.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and participate in skill enhancement programs.
