Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate industrial machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during machine operation
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Document machine settings, production output, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production team to improve efficiency and product quality
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Setter or similar role in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and production processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
