Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily machine shop and fabrication operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, equipment repairs, and preventive programs
- Train and mentor technical staff on fabrication techniques and safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance productivity
- Manage inventory of raw materials and fabrication tools/equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical specifications and project execution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Monitor production metrics and prepare operational reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in machine shop supervision or fabrication management
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, welding, and metal fabrication techniques
- Certification in industrial maintenance or manufacturing management preferred
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with inventory control and production scheduling systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
