Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery used in agricultural manufacturing processes
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and implement effective repair solutions
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for equipment performance tracking
- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and operational requirements
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards in all technical procedures
- Assist in equipment upgrades and installation of new manufacturing technologies
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or associate degree in Mechanical Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and electrical circuits
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) and precision measurement instruments
- Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CMM) is highly desirable
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
