Are you looking to kickstart your engineering career in the semiconductor industry? RecruitFirst is seeking a motivated Machine Technician / Assistant Engineer to join our team in Serangoon North. This is a fantastic 6-month contract opportunity designed for fresh graduates or individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech environment.
In this role, you will support the operations of critical manufacturing equipment, specifically focusing on wire bonding machines. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of equipment handling, from initial build and assembly to rigorous testing and ongoing troubleshooting. The role requires working on fixed shifts, including Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of industrial operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly, build, and testing of wire bonding machines according to specifications.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Document test results, assembly logs, and maintenance records accurately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards during all operations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
- Operate within fixed shift schedules, including alternate Saturdays when required.
- Assist in the calibration and setup of automated machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of electronics, mechanics, or industrial machinery.
- Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on machine maintenance.
- Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as part of the production schedule.
