As a Machine Vision / Automation Technician, you will gain deep exposure to camera setup, lighting techniques, optics calibration, and industrial PC integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and integrate mechanical, electronic, and optical components for machine vision and industrial automation systems.
- Calibrate cameras, lenses, and specialized lighting systems to ensure optimal image quality and defect detection accuracy.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and quality control on completed automation assemblies.
- Collaborate with software and design engineers to fine-tune system parameters and resolve technical issues during setup.
- Assist in onsite installation, commissioning, and user training for clients when required.
- Document assembly processes, calibration settings, and testing results accurately for production records.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of machine vision components, cameras, optics, and lighting techniques is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, PLC programming, or PC-based control systems is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose hardware and electrical wiring issues.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for automation, robotics, and vision technology are highly encouraged to apply.
- Detail-oriented mindset with good manual dexterity and technical analytical abilities.
