Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing on company vehicles and heavy machinery to identify mechanical issues.
- Execute routine preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct engine overhauls, hydraulic system repairs, and electrical troubleshooting on diverse machinery.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of all repairs, service intervals, and parts usage.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols during all mechanical operations.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage spare parts inventory effectively.
- Provide emergency on-site repair support as required to maintain operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Technical vocational diploma or certificate in Automotive Mechanics or heavy equipment technology.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in maintaining heavy machinery and transport vehicles.
- Solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical failures.
- Good command of written and spoken English for documentation purposes.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
