M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated Machining Supervisor to lead our CNC operations in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our machine shop floor, ensuring that production targets are met with uncompromising quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily CNC machining operations to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Assign daily tasks and production schedules to machine operators based on priority and machine capacity.
- Monitor and minimize scrap rates through real-time process observation and technical troubleshooting.
- Manage tool life cycle and consumables inventory to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to new and existing machine operators.
- Enforce strict 5S and housekeeping standards across the production floor.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and company quality policies.
- Prepare regular production reports and communicate performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a CNC machining environment, preferably in a supervisory or senior operator role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, G-code, and precision measurement tools.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Johor Bahru and adapt to shift requirements as necessary.
