Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain precision machinery in food production environments
- Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict compliance with Halal and food safety protocols
- Document maintenance activities and quality control reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams for process optimization
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in Machining or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial machinery operation
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and Halal certification
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints
- Certification in welding or CNC operations preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
