Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and precision grinding machines to produce high-accuracy components
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional compliance
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machine tools
- Implement quality control procedures using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes
- Document production activities and maintain accurate work records
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in Machining Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T symbols
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Knowledge of cutting tools and material properties
- Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment
