Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components
- Interpret technical blueprints and engineering specifications
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
- Program and optimize machining parameters for efficiency
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with engineering teams on design improvements
- Adhere to AS9100 and ISO quality standards
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of machining experience in aerospace/precision manufacturing
- CNC programming proficiency (Fanuc/Siemens controls)
- Blueprint reading and GD&T expertise
- Technical certification from accredited institution
- Experience with HAAS or DMG Mori machines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with exotic alloys (titanium, Inconel)
- Safety certification (OSHA/NEBOSH preferred)
