Eastfound Malaysia Sdn.Bhd is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our expanding manufacturing team in Johor Bahru. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of machining equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Interpret and translate mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering sketches into precise machining operations.
- Perform regular tool changes, machine setups, and adjustments to optimize production flow.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industry health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.
- Document production activities, equipment maintenance, and material usage accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Machinist or in a related manufacturing role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using lathes, milling machines, or other CNC equipment.
- Proficiency with standard precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to ensure clear communication on the shop floor.
- Ability to work shifts and maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal vocational training or a certificate in Machining or Mechanical Engineering is highly advantageous.
