Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain precision machining equipment including CNC mills, lathes, and grinders
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications
- Perform precision measurements and quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Execute routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot machining issues and implement improvements
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating CNC and manual machining equipment
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with precision measurement instruments and quality control methods
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance procedures
