Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure production meets specifications and quality standards.
- Perform machine setups, including loading raw materials and aligning parts with precision.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute machining programs effectively.
- Conduct regular checks on machining parameters and adjust tooling to optimize production output.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines as required.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets and meet project deadlines.
- Document production data accurately and report any operational discrepancies to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Machinist or CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of machining parameters, tooling, and CNC control panels.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications accurately.
- Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) is an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Possess a valid vocational certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Johor Bahru and adapt to shift schedules if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
