In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of advanced machining equipment to produce high-quality components for our aerospace clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate various machine tools including CMM, CNC mills, lathes, and other precision equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining
- Perform precision measurements and inspections to verify part dimensions and quality
- Adjust machine parameters and tooling to optimize cutting speeds, feeds, and tool life
- Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality
- Document work performed, maintain equipment, and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve machining processes
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certificate in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines and precision measuring equipment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various machining processes and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
