Tanggung Jawab
- Independently set up and operate CNC machines and other machining equipment to fabricate precision components according to technical drawings.
- Monitor production processes continuously to ensure all parts are manufactured within the required standard time and quality specifications.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform regular machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Conduct in-process quality control checks and measure outputs against required tolerances using precision measuring instruments.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, workshop regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Report any machine malfunctions or material defects immediately to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a relevant NTC/ITE certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Fabrication Technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working as a Machinist or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans with high accuracy.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating CNC machines and hand tools for precision machining.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of material properties and machining processes to ensure optimal tool usage and part quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety compliance.
