Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate sheet metal machinery for production cycles
- Monitor and adjust machine settings (speed, feed rate, pressure) for optimal performance
- Feed raw materials and oversee automated cutting/forming processes
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
- Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain production logs and document machine performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sheet metal machining/fabrication
- Proficiency with CNC machines, press brakes, and laser cutters
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T specifications
- Familiarity with ISO quality control standards and safety protocols
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Technical certification in machining or related field preferred
- Basic computer literacy for production monitoring systems
