Ichor Systems is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Machinist to join our team for Weekend Days shifts. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier precision components and solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machining centers and conventional lathes to produce complex parts.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a machining role, with specific experience as a Machinist 3 preferred.
- High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in machining is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in reading and understanding engineering blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Ability to operate and program CNC machines or demonstrate manual machining skills.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a manufacturing environment.
