Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional with a passion for resource management? Armada Mix Group is seeking a highly motivated Main Plan Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing operational planning and resource coordination to ensure our mining and energy projects meet their strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be based on-site in Routa, Sulawesi Tenggara, working closely with our Head Office team in Surabaya. You will be responsible for translating high-level project goals into actionable engineering plans, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing technical workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for mining and energy production activities.
- Monitor and analyze site performance data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between site operations and head office project objectives.
- Prepare technical reports, project timelines, and progress updates for senior management.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational protocols throughout all planning phases.
- Optimize resource allocation to minimize downtime and maximize output capacity.
- Assist in the scheduling and maintenance planning of heavy machinery and technical assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in engineering planning, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MineSched, or project management tools).
- Ability to work independently in remote site locations while maintaining clear communication with regional offices.
- High level of professional integrity and commitment to operational safety.
- Willingness to be stationed in Routa, Sulawesi Tenggara.
