- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and other relevant technologies
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write efficient, well-documented code that meets industry standards and best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mainframe development
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and other mainframe technologies
- Strong understanding of mainframe operating systems (z/OS, z/VM)
- Experience with DB2, IMS, or other mainframe databases
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
