UST Global is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe RACF Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in Taguig City. Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and maintain RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) infrastructure in IBM z/OS environments
- Design, implement, and enforce granular access controls for mainframe applications and datasets
- Conduct periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reviews
- Monitor mainframe security logs and incidents, responding to alerts with appropriate actions
- Develop and document security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security requirements into new applications
- Manage user profiles, authentication mechanisms, and password management systems
- Stay current with emerging threats and mainframe security technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience with RACF administration in IBM mainframe environments
- Expert knowledge of z/OS operating system security architecture
- Certification in mainframe security (e.g., IBM z/OS Security Administration) preferred
- Strong experience with security auditing tools and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS)
- Proficiency in TSO/ISPF, JCL, and mainframe utilities
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex security issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document technical processes
