Join Mitsui Leasing as a Maintenance & Asset Management Lead and spearhead the strategic oversight of our facility operations and corporate assets. This critical role ensures seamless infrastructure functionality through proactive maintenance planning, asset lifecycle optimization, and rigorous quality control protocols. You'll be instrumental in implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies while managing physical assets across our Jakarta operations. Your expertise will drive operational excellence by minimizing downtime, extending asset longevity, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This position requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong focus on cost efficiency and sustainability in asset utilization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all facility maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity and optimal building performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies including lifecycle planning and depreciation tracking
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and maintenance contracts for facility services and equipment
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing maintenance projects while adhering to budgetary constraints
- Monitor asset performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in maintenance and asset management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and asset tracking software
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies (preventive, corrective, predictive)
- Experience managing facility operations in commercial or industrial environments
- Certification in facilities management (CFM) or asset management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
