Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on physical access control systems and CCTV infrastructure.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve hardware and software issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new security equipment and system upgrades.
- Manage technical documentation, including maintenance logs, service reports, and system configuration records.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance optimization.
- Monitor system health and perform health checks to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities or technical failures.
- Support end-users with technical guidance and basic training on system operations and security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or technical support for security systems (Access Control/CCTV).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and cabling infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using testing tools (multimeters, network testers) and technical hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and installation manuals.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative engineering team.
