Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for store equipment and facilities to ensure zero downtime.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance technical team to achieve performance KPIs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical machinery.
- Manage technical troubleshooting and repairs in accordance with global safety standards.
- Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers for spare parts and specialized repair services.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Manager, preferably in F&B or Retail sectors.
- Strong technical expertise in preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in local language; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in Sulawesi Utara.
