Join T Hasegawa Flavours as a Maintenance Assistant Manager and become the backbone of our operational excellence in the flavors industry. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive critical infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with stringent manufacturing standards. You'll coordinate complex construction projects, manage contractor relationships, and monitor site progress to guarantee timely delivery and quality assurance. Working in our Bandar Enstek facility, you'll implement preventive maintenance strategies, optimize resource allocation, and contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from planning to completion
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor site progress and enforce compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage project documentation and reporting systems
- Optimize maintenance budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct facility inspections and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in maintenance or construction management
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Proven contractor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred
