This role requires a proactive approach to facility management, focusing on the seamless execution of both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance strategies to maximize asset lifespan and minimize operational disruption. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, including complex HVAC infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to prevent equipment failure and extend asset life.
- Execute timely Corrective Maintenance tasks to resolve breakdowns and minimize operational downtime across all sites.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage inventory for spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement and availability.
- Collaborate closely with department heads in F&B, Retail, and Real Estate to address specific facility needs and resolve technical issues.
- Train junior technicians and maintenance staff on safety protocols, technical procedures, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services.
- Proven experience in Maintenance management within F&B, Retail, or Real Estate sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical schematics, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple site locations and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Valid technical certification (e.g., HVAC certification) is a distinct advantage.
