Time International, Indonesia's leader in luxury lifestyle and retail, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our facilities team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that our retail spaces reflect the high quality and prestige of the brands we represent.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of our store fit-outs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of store fit-out and renovation projects to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all retail locations to minimize operational downtime.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, property management, and external contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify repair needs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including vetting, scheduling, and monitoring work quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all renovations and maintenance tasks are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on project status, expenses, and asset inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in retail facility management, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (MEP, lighting, interior finishes).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, capable of managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in CAD software or construction management tools is considered a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
