Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians in executing preventive maintenance schedules for clean room equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical/electrical malfunctions in semiconductor manufacturing systems
- Develop and implement SOPs for equipment calibration, validation, and contamination control
- Coordinate cross-functional maintenance projects with production and quality assurance teams
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance budgets
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO clean room protocols and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clean room maintenance or semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, vacuum technology, and precision machinery
- Certification in Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent quality methodology preferred
- Experience leading technical teams and managing maintenance projects
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and predictive maintenance tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
