Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the performance of production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and output quality.
- Perform routine inspections and measure equipment performance to identify potential defects or inefficiencies.
- Handle, inspect, and manage the inventory of machinery parts and spare parts effectively.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Document maintenance logs, record performance data, and report technical irregularities to supervisors.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with strict safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to propose improvements for machinery efficiency and workflow optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in background engineering or mechanical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of how to measure, check, and monitor the performance of industrial equipment.
- Experience in handling, organizing, and managing machinery parts and inventory.
- Basic technical knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve equipment issues.
- Physically fit to perform hands-on maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
- Valid employment pass or eligibility to work in Malaysia.
