We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance & Debugging Technician to join the team at PENAI INDUSTRIES Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang. As a key member of our technical support department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and hardware components, including motherboards, hard drives, memory modules, and power supplies. Your role is vital to maintaining the reliability and performance of our production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are paramount. Your day-to-day tasks will involve using a range of diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers to identify faults at the component level. You will perform soldering and rework on PCBs, conduct functional tests, and document your findings. By collaborating with the engineering team, you will help drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics troubleshooting and a methodical approach to problem-solving. - Diagnose and repair faults in motherboards, hard drives, memory modules, and power supplies.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hardware repair and debugging.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Strong soldering and de-soldering skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
