As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end reliability of our electrical infrastructure. The biopharmaceutical industry requires the highest standards of accuracy and cleanliness; therefore, your role involves not just fixing machines, but ensuring they operate within the strict boundaries of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). From diagnosing complex circuitry issues to designing electrical layouts using CAD software, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and challenging.

You will collaborate closely with the production team to minimize disruptions and optimize machine performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical machinery and production equipment.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and repair of electrical failures to minimize production downtime.
- Utilize CAD software to design, update, and interpret electrical technical drawings and layouts.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with the production team to provide technical support and optimize machine efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain electrical control systems, including PLC and automation components.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements in the maintenance log.
- Implement and advocate for workplace safety standards and electrical safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Electrical Staff, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD) for electrical design and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, electrical wiring, and industrial automation.
- Deep understanding of GMP standards and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat, under a contract-based agreement.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
