In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency. You will lead a dedicated technical team, oversee preventative maintenance schedules, and spearhead rapid-response repairs to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team to ensure the operational integrity of all production machinery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to reduce equipment failure rates.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and PLC-related issues in production lines.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure critical components are available.
- Enforce strict industrial safety protocols (K3) during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Analyze machine performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement technical upgrades.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians and operators.
- Coordinate with production managers to plan maintenance windows that minimize impact on output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi) and HMI systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical panels, motor control circuits, and industrial instrumentation.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical electrical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on 'root cause' analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cileungsi and manage shift rotations if required.
