Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and schedule equipment maintenance activities based on TPM principles to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement yearly maintenance budgets with cost-effective resource allocation
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards and proper storage procedures for equipment
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance engineering
- Proven expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience in budget preparation and cost control for maintenance operations
- Certification in maintenance management or CMRP preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Proficient in maintenance management software and CMMS systems
