Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures
- Implement maintenance schedules to optimize asset performance
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Train junior technicians on maintenance best practices
- Recommend system improvements for energy efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Certification in CMRP or similar maintenance qualification preferred
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical schematics
- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
