Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily plant maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational reliability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise technical teams, providing guidance on troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance machinery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC license required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency plant maintenance requirements.
