San Miguel Corporation, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in the Philippines, is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in Leganes, Iloilo. In this critical role, you will lead and coordinate plant maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of all equipment and facilities.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, to minimize downtime and extend asset life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, manage spare parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your technical expertise and leadership will directly contribute to the operational excellence and profitability of the plant.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily plant maintenance activities to ensure high equipment reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and oversee procurement within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize plant processes and equipment efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate performance reports for management.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSH, ISO 45001).
- Certification in maintenance management or engineering (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is an advantage.
