Join UAC Berhad as a Maintenance Engineer and lead our mechanical team in ensuring operational excellence through proactive maintenance strategies. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing sheet machine line performance to minimize downtime, maximize productivity, and uphold stringent quality standards. You'll develop and implement preventive maintenance protocols while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive reliability, safety, and efficiency across all mechanical systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise mechanical technicians in executing preventive maintenance schedules for sheet machine lines
- Develop, implement, and refine maintenance procedures to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- Diagnose mechanical failures and coordinate corrective actions to minimize production downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes for maintenance operations
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on technical best practices and safety protocols
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and performance analytics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance activities with operational targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong expertise in mechanical systems, preventive maintenance techniques, and troubleshooting
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and maintenance projects
- Certification in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and decision-making skills
