As a Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure our state-of-the-art production facilities run at peak efficiency by implementing robust preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating and static equipment.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of plant turnarounds, shutdowns, and routine maintenance activities.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve plant reliability.
- Manage maintenance contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the EHS team to ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations and corporate safety standards.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, manage spare parts inventory, and optimize maintenance budgets to reduce operational costs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance technician team during complex troubleshooting and repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of maintenance engineering experience in a petrochemical, oil & gas, or chemical process plant.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and turnaround execution.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines) and static equipment (vessels, heat exchangers).
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) like SAP.
- Excellent understanding of process safety management (PSM) and occupational health and safety standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage external contractors and work cross-functionally.
