We are expanding our operations in the Philippines and are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
Your Mission
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Assistant Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive performance of all functions related to the maintenance department. Your primary focus will be to ensure the optimal uptime, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment. You will execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This role is critical in supporting our continuous manufacturing operations.

You will lead efforts to minimize unplanned downtime, participate in equipment installation and commissioning, and contribute to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures to minimize production downtime.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety protocols.
- Implement and champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles across the production floor.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment history records, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify systemic issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards, ISO 14001, and other regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (Automotive industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automated machinery (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., OSH, ISO 45001) is a plus.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and extended hours when necessary.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in manufacturing maintenance are encouraged to apply.
