Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using technical manuals and diagnostic tools
- Implement and maintain safety compliance protocols across all facility operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize production disruptions
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate equipment records
- Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Recommend system improvements and cost-effective maintenance solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OHS standards
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Certification in relevant trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC) preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
