Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults, providing effective and timely solutions to resolve issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, work orders, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely procurement when necessary.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate repairs to minimize system downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven working experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Valid technical certifications and WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) training are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
